My focus remains on ensuring Garville continues to grow both on and off the court, supporting our athletes, coaches, and volunteers to reach their full potential while preserving the proud history and values of our club. I'm committed to seeing our strategic goals through and maintaining the positive momentum we've worked hard to achieve.

Treasurer

Liz Cavallaro - ELECTED - I am currently the treasurer and am happy to continue this role to ensure the club can succeed.

Kelly Delfos - APPOINTED - I would be an asset to the Garville Netball Club Board as a General Member, bringing strong business and leadership experience, along with a genuine passion for community sport. My background in managing successful teams and building thriving organisations has developed my skills in strategy, communication, and fostering positive culture. I understand the importance of collaboration, accountability, and forward planning to achieve both short- and long-term goals. My professional background is in educational leadership, wellbeing of young people, community-engaged practice, and the pursuit of excellence through nurturing and inclusive practices. I have broad experience in the not-for-profit sector (community development and the arts) and have extensive skills in grant writing/funding applications; development of positive wellbeing programs/frameworks; leveraging of community assets. As a member of the board, I would be committed to making a strong and positive contribution to the future growth, outcomes, and direction of Garville.

Bianca Nash-Smith - ELECTED - I’m a Health Psychologist Registrar and long-time Garville coach with Board experience at state sporting level. I believe wellbeing is the foundation of performance and club success. As a General Board Member, I’ll champion practical supports for players, umpires and members; strengthen clear communication; and foster a safe, inclusive culture.
